Together As One

With only a glimpse to see your face,
so soft and so full of life,
and yet I cannot touch you,
only a glimpse I can see of your face,
oh how I wish to touch it,
of what I dream to be true,
only a glimpse I can capture,
by touching a glass screen,
pretending to wipe away your tears,
pretending to wipe away the dirt,
of your face to view perfection,
within my eyes,
it glimpse with a smile,
at the thought of seeing you,
only am image I carry within my mind,
to touch your lips with my hand,
how soft it is only apart of you,
I see in  my mind of perfection,
perfection in your eyes as it,
smiles at the thought of seeing,
me through the glass,
a glass that isn't transparent,
only there to block my wish,
at the thought of seeing you,
my perfection of a human being,
oh how long must I await,
for this wish no a dream,
to become a reality,
a reality that only exists,
through a glass of limited touch,
feeling so alone on the other side,
of the glass,
only to touch my own arms to bare,
at the thought of you,
not being here at my side,
why is it so hard only,
to catch a glimpse of my perfection,
at the thought of seeing you,
only happy memories and,
thoughtful wishes dwell in my sleep,
only dreaming to touch your face,
my perfection that my eyes see,
only to show my love for you,
a glimpse is all I can bare,
at the thought of you,
take my hand through the glass,
and take me through another,
side of the glass where,
we can touch one another,
only to be together as one.
